Bruce Lee & Jackie Chan’s Connection

Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan are two of the most legendary martial artists in film history, and they actually shared the screen once!

Bruce Lee & Jackie Chan’s Connection
Jackie Chan, early in his career, worked as a stuntman in Bruce Lee’s movies. He had small roles in:

Enter the Dragon (1973) – Jackie played a henchman and had a brief fight scene with Bruce Lee.
Fist of Fury (1972) – He was also an uncredited stunt performer.
In Enter the Dragon, there's a famous moment where Bruce Lee grabs Jackie Chan’s head and twists it during a fight. Jackie later said in interviews that Bruce accidentally hit him, but after realizing it, Bruce personally apologized and was very kind to him.

Why Didn't They Work Together More?
Bruce Lee passed away in 1973, just as Jackie Chan was beginning his career.
Jackie later developed his own style, blending martial arts with comedy, which set him apart from Bruce Lee’s intense and serious fighting style.
Even though they never got to truly collaborate, Jackie Chan has always praised Bruce Lee as one of his biggest inspirations.
